REGISTRATION
The
conference fee is 550 EUR for early registration with
payment received before
1st March 2010 and 650
EUR afterwards.
For every 5 paid conference fees from the
same institution, there is one extra free registration.
Please, use the "bank transfer" option, when
registering the 6th person from the same
Institution and indicate under comments in the registration
form that it is a FREE registration, adding the names of the
five persons (from the same Institution) that have already
registered with payment.
When using bank transfer for payment, please pay the above
mentioned sum NET OF BANK COMMISSIONS. Therefore please give
clear instructions to your bank that the sender assumes all
bank charges that will be applied at the various banks
involved in the transaction, including the receiving bank.
Please note that bank charges from outside Europe might be
rather high.
In case of cancellation, written notification must be sent
to the TEMPMEKO & ISHM 2010 Secretariat. A refund minus a
processing charge will be granted if cancellation is
received by 15th May 2010. No refunds will be
given after this date. Money transactions involving refunds
will take place in 3 (three) months after the event.
The
registration includes:
- Welcome Party (Sunday evening)

Monday to Thursday Meals ( morning and
afternoon coffee breaks, buffet lunch)
-
Cultural visit and dinner (Wednesday
afternoon) and Conference dinner (Thursday evening)
- Program booklet with abstracts.
Registration is available for accompanying persons as
well. The conference fee for the
accompanying person is 250
EUR for early registration with payment received before
1st March 2010 and 300
EUR afterwards.
The registration includes

Cultural visit and dinner (Wednesday
afternoon) and Conference dinner (Thursday evening).
For online registration (preferred)
to the Symposium, please visit the following
link (Albatros Bled, Congress Agency and Congress Service).
You need to register as a user in their Website to get your username
and password. This will allow you to register for the conference, as
well as to modify your registration afterwards.
If you do not wish to register online, please fill in
the following
registration form. Please follow the instructions from the
registration form (DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATIONS VIA EMAIL!).

Visa information
Some participants from foreign countries may
require a visa to enter Slovenia. You are encouraged to apply for a
visa as soon as possible. The timeframes for visa processing are
difficult to predict with accuracy for any individual applicant and
could vary significantly by country. You need to contact the
Slovenian consulate in your country (or the consulate of another
country that may handle visa applications for Slovenia) and enquire
about the necessary documentation to be provided.
Prior to
contacting the Organizers,
check the information on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
For those, who need a Letter of Guarantee for the visa application,
please do not forget to indicate that, when registering. This letter
cannot assure the issuance of a visa. Applicants for a visa must
show that they qualify individually on their own merit.
For (co)authors of accepted conference contributions
1. Please, register for the conference, indicating that you need the
Letter of Guarantee
2. Approach the Slovenian consulate in your country (or the
consulate of another country that may handle visa applications for
Slovenia) to find out which documents, besides the Letter of
Guarantee, you need
3. Wait for the Letter of Guarantee and then approach the consulate
with all documents
4. After you are granted visa, proceed with payment of the
registration fee. Your payment has to be received before 1st
March 2010 in order to get the early registration discount. The date
of registration is irrelevant !!!
5. In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to
the TEMPMEKO & ISHM 2010 Secretariat. A refund minus a processing
charge of 100 EUR will be granted if the cancellation is received by
15th May 2010. No refunds will be given after this date.
For others
1. Please, register for the conference, indicating that you need the
Letter of Guarantee
2. The Letter of Guarantee will be issued only after you have paid
the conference registration fee.
3. Wait for the Letter of Guarantee and then approach the consulate
with all documents.
4. If you successfully obtain a visa for Slovenia, the
registration fee is not refundable.
5. If you are refused a visa for Slovenia, a refund minus a
processing charge of 100 EUR will be granted
While we will issue the Letter of Guarantee and do our best to
provide you with the necessary supporting documentation, the
Organizers cannot take any responsibility if your visa application
is rejected.
The Organizers don't cover any travel and
accommodation cost.
