EXHIBITORS
The Organizers have received record number of 387
abstracts from all over the world (China, United States, Italy,
Germany, Japan, Russia, United Kingdom, France, New Zealand,
Australia, Brazil, ...), covering the technical areas of fundamental
aspects and standards, standard reference materials for humidity and
moisture measurements, applications of temperature, humidity,
moisture and other thermal measurements and also traceability and
dissemination. The number and quality of received abstracts
guarantee an excellent event.
TEMPMEKO & ISHM 2010 will be THE major event for temperature,
thermal, humidity and moisture measurement community around the
world.
Participants are expected from industry, calibration services,
universities and national measurement institutes, creating a good
opportunity for exhibitors from related areas to present their
products and services and to meet and exchange ideas with their
customers and colleagues.
The Exhibition stand is 2,5 meter high, with light,
electric energy supply 500VA, including 2 or 3 chairs (standard) or
4 chairs (large) and 1 table (see drawings).

The price for standard stand Type A or Type B (3 x 2
m) is 1850 EUR (2400 EUR if paid after March 31 2010) - marked red
on the ground plan.
The price for large stand Type C (4 x 2 m) is 2400 EUR (3000 EUR if
paid after March 31 2010) - marked yellow on the ground plan
The price for a stand includes registration fee for one person which
includes: Get together reception, Lunches (Days 1, 2, 3, 4), Coffee
breaks, Cultural Visit, Conference Dinner, Abstracts volume,
Exhibition/Sponsor brochures, plus special Exhibitor advantage pack
which comprises of: Reference in Exhibitors list on the
TEMPMEKO&ISHM 2010 website, Link to Exhibitor's website from
TEMPMEKO&ISHM 2010 website, Reference in Exhibition/Sponsor
brochure, Company profile in Exhibition/Sponsor brochure (two pages
of app. 21x10 cm format)
All the above mentioned prices include VAT.
When using bank transfer for payment, please pay the
above mentioned sum NET OF BANK COMMISSIONS. Therefore please give
clear instructions to your bank that the sender assumes all bank
charges that will be applied at the various banks involved in the
transaction, including the receiving bank. Please note that bank
charges from outside Europe might be rather high.
In case of cancellation, written notification must be
sent to the TEMPMEKO & ISHM 2010 Secretariat. A refund minus a
processing charge will be granted if cancellation is received by 1st
May 2010. No refunds will be given after this date. Money
transactions involving refunds will take place in 3 (three) months
after the event.
For online registration (preferred)
to the Symposium, please visit the following

Service). You need to register as a user in their Website
to get your username and password. This will allow you to register
for the conference, as well as to modify your registration
afterwards.
Booking without payment is not valid booking. Stands are
assigned to the interested exhibitors according to time of payment
on a first-come first-served basis

1. Please send us as soon as possible your
company profile in Exhibition/Sponsor brochure (two pages of
app. 21x10 cm format). By Monday at latest.
2. If you need to make temporary import,
please contact our forwarding agent or any other agent of

But before the shipment, please provide
the following information for temporary import of goods to
the TEMPMEKO&ISHM 2010 conference the *proforma invoice*
with real value of goods and - detailed description of goods
(if possible with serial numbers), - number of packages, -
weight of packages (total)
3. If you don't need any forwarding agent
here then the shipment should be made straight to Grand
hotel Bernardin at "Hotels St. Bernardin Obala 2 SI-6320
Portoroz - Portorose, Slovenia.

We have reservation of the storage place
there from Wednesday 26th of May. You should of course
mention that you are exhibitor at the TEMPMEKO&ISHM 2010
conference. The storage will be provided by Sunday 6th of
June. Everything else shall be negotiated directly with the
hotel.
Together with your equipment you should
send also promotional material (350 pieces), which will be
put to delegate bags on Sunday morning. Your people will be
there anyway on Sunday so that they give us promotional
material before they start to set up exhibitors booth.
Setting up of the booths by the company
Stil inženiring will be completed on Sunday noon. The
exhibitors could start to set their own booths at 13:00.
Booths will be disassembled on Friday 4th of June before
12:00.
