ACCOMMODATION

We have negotiated most of the conference facilities with the Bernardin Hotels, but other possibilities are avaialble.

Within the Bernardin Hotels Complex, prices (per person and per night) range from 88 EUR for 3* to 153 EUR for 5* hotel. All the Bernardin hotels are within maximum 10 min walk from the conference site. Further more, Bernardin hotels offer significant discount for so called Holiday Packages (stays for more than 5 nights). Please, check additional details and the complete price list in the following table.

Participants should reserve their accommodation, using the hotel reservation form, as soon as possible, and no later than 30 April 2010. After that date, the block of rooms set aside for the conference will be returned to the hotel.
Please note that the hotel form must be used for any of the hotels listed in the table on the web page. The Bernardin Hotel Reservation handles reservations also for the other hotels.

There are also a number of possibilities for more economical accommodation within 2 km from the venue. As an example of more economical accommodation, we can suggest you Hostel Val in Piran, 35 min walk from the venue. There is also free shuttle bus from Piran to the Bernardin hotels.
